Monthly In-Person Neurogenic
and Trauma Release Yoga
The last Friday of each month @ 6:00pm
3rd Street Yoga , 106 W 3rd St, Edmond, OK 73003, USA
Are you prepared to liberate yourself from accumulated stress and embrace your true, unrestricted potential? Isn’t it time to uncover your best self and journey through life unhindered?
While meditation, yoga, and breath work are undoubtedly beneficial for calming the nervous system, Neurogenic Tremoring offers an opportunity to delve even deeper. This simple and easy-to-learn technique is accessible to everyone who wants to release accumulated stress and move through life with a renewed sense of ease and liberation.
Neurogenic Yoga is a groundbreaking method that combines yoga postures, breathing exercises, and the body’s natural shaking response to reduce stress. Inspired by the instinctual shaking observed in animals, this practice activates our nervous system’s innate ability to release long-held tension and trauma. As humans, we often suppress this natural response due to social conditioning. Neurogenic Yoga helps us reconnect with our body’s built-in mechanism for healing and overall well-being. In this class, we will explore Neurogenic Yoga and Trauma and Tension Release (TRE) techniques, guiding you through a process of gentle movements, mindfulness, and breathwork. This practice will support your journey towards restoring balance and resilience in both body and mind. As a certified TRE/Neurogenic Yoga Provider, Cheryl will offer opportunities to practice in a safe and supportive space.
